2016 INTERACTIVE ANNUAL REPORT

InfraREIT, Inc. is engaged in owning and leasing rate-regulated electricity delivery infrastructure assets in Texas.  We are structured as a real estate investment trust (REIT) with emphasis on the state of Texas and the southwestern U.S.  InfraREIT offers a unique opportunity to invest in a dividend-focused business.

Our regulated assets are located throughout Texas. They include power lines, substations, transmission towers, distribution poles, transformers and related property and assets.

We lease all of our regulated assets to Sharyland Utilities, L.P. (Sharyland), a Texas-based regulated electric utility, pursuant to leases that require Sharyland to make lease payments to us when our assets are placed in service.

We are focused on paying a consistent and growing cash dividend that is sustainable on a long-term basis. We believe we are well-positioned to take advantage of favorable trends in the regulated sector, including replacement of aging assets and construction of new assets to address growing energy demand.

We believe our structure and focus on Texas and the southwestern U.S., where we can leverage our proven track record of identifying, developing, constructing and acquiring critical infrastructure assets, provide InfraREIT with a significant competitive advantage to execute our growth strategy.
